Want to get deeper insights into your bill? The power is in your hands! Log in to your account or use the SmartHub app to access powerful tools that let you track and analyze your use. Seasonal changes or extreme weather can cause significant fluctuations in your bills, but monitoring your use eliminates surprises and can provide insights to help you save.
On the mobile app, select ‘Usage’ from the main menu. View daily power usage by scrolling at the top or select a time frame. Choose ‘Unbilled Usage’ to check your upcoming bill.
From the web, open the ‘Usage’ menu and select ‘Usage Explorer’ on the left. Then, modify the time range and choose to view data monthly, daily, or by 15-minute intervals. Toggle ‘Usage Type’ to ‘Cost’ to see your use in dollars instead of kWh.
Set start and end dates or adjust sliders below the graph. Key usage and weather stats are in the bottom table, and you can download your data.
Choose a quick date range at the top to see your most recent use, including the ‘Unbilled’ option. This shows data from the end of the previous billing period through the current day. For best results, set the interval to days.
