Unclaimed Funds

To check whether you have unclaimed funds in your name, please visit the Unclaimed Property Division of the Texas Comptroller’s Office.

If you have PEC funds to claim, you can initiate a claim through the Unclaimed Property Division’s website, or fill out and submit a PEC claim form to get a check reissued to you. If you have the rights to claim a member’s unclaimed funds, please call us to discuss options for reissuing the check.
