Help Our Crews Reach You Quickly
To restore power or perform maintenance, our crews may need access to your property. If your gate is locked, work may be delayed. Please provide gate access information ahead of time to avoid disruptions.
To provide your gate code or other special entry instructions, call us at 888-554-4732, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and an agent will be happy to assist you.
In most scenarios, when crews need access to your property, we will contact you ahead of time via robocall, email, text, and/or letter if time permits. Make sure your contact information is up to date so you’re able to receive these messages. You can do so by logging into your account at myPEC.com/smarthub and following these steps:
- Navigate to ‘Settings.’
- Select ‘Contact Information.’
- Choose the date in the ‘Effective Date’ field.
- Modify appropriate fields and ‘Save.’
When a PEC crew member or contractor arrives, their vehicle will be clearly marked, and they will carry proper identification. Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions about someone on your property. If you’re concerned about scammers, be sure you know how to identify our crews and contractors.
