PEC Board of Director Candidates Named

The Pedernales Electric Cooperative board approved the ballot for the Cooperative’s 2025 Board of Directors Election at its regular meeting April 17. This year, eight members are running for two director positions in districts 4 and 5. The following candidates are listed in the order in which they will appear on the ballot.

PEC Seeking Teacher Spotlight Award Nominations

Pedernales Electric Cooperative is searching for teachers who go above and beyond to support their students in and out of the classroom. Submit a formal nomination online through April 25.

Registration Kicks off for PEC’s Camp Save-a-Watt 

Camp Save-a-Watt™, PEC’s free, online summer camp for elementary school students teaches our youngest members important lessons in energy conservation, nature exploration, and electrical safety. Register students through May 30. Camp lessons begin June 2.

Meet PEC’s 2025 Youth Tour Delegates

This year, PEC selected 10 students to represent the cooperative in Washington, D.C., where they will meet with lawmakers, visit historical sites, and learn about U.S. history and government.
