PEC Announces 2025 Board of Directors Election Results

Members in District 4 Reelect Travis Cox and District 5 Elects Alice Price

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 

(JOHNSON CITY, Texas) June 18, 2025 — Pedernales Electric Cooperative members in District 4 voted to reelect Travis Cox and District 5 members elected Alice Price to serve on the cooperative’s Board of Directors. The results will be formally announced at PEC’s Annual Membership Meeting this Friday, June 20, at 9 a.m. at the cooperative’s headquarters, 201 S. Avenue F in Johnson City. Members are invited to attend the meeting in person or stream it live by clicking on the link at the top of our webpage, mypec.com.

During the meeting, Survey and Ballot Systems, the independent, third-party company that handles election management services, will share the certified election results. The Annual Meeting will also feature highlights and milestones from over the past year and remarks from CEO Julie C. Parsley and Board President, District 2 Director Emily Pataki. The new PEC board members will be seated at the June regular board meeting which will be held immediately following the Annual Membership Meeting.
