Ways to pay
We offer a variety of secure, convenient payment options for small and large business members. Choose the option below that works for you.
To set up and manage automatic payments by bank draft, log in to your account. You can also set it up by phone at 855-938-3589. If you have multiple accounts and need assistance, please call us at 888-554-4732.
Make payments on any PEC account from your computer, phone, or tablet by logging in to your account. You can also set it and forget it with recurring automatic payments by bank draft.
Pay without logging into an account by using the Pay Now option. Just enter an account number to view all current balances and simple payment instructions.
Our secure, automated phone system is perfect for quick and easy payments anytime by e-check. Just call 855-938-3589 and follow the prompts.
Be sure to have your account number handy when you drop by any of our PEC offices to make instant payments 24/7 by cash or e-check. You can pay with the exact amount of cash, or the difference will be credited to your next bill. No change will be dispensed.
If you prefer to pay your bill by mail, you can send it to the address below. Please detach and return the original bottom portion of your bill with your payment. Do not send a copy of the bill stub.

Western Union, MoneyGram, and VanillaDirect are now accepting PEC payments at participating locations.
Western Union
A fee of $1.50 will be applied by Western Union to all transactions for processing PEC payments. Find and visit a participating Western Union location near you.
MoneyGram
With convenient locations across our service area, MoneyGram is an easy-to-use service that allows you to pay your bill closer to home. MoneyGram will apply cash payments securely and immediately to your account for a $1.50 merchant fee. Please reference PEC receiver #15898 when posting payments. Find a location near you.
VanillaDirect
Pay with cash at a variety of VanillaDirect locations for a $1.50 fee. You will need to bring your unique barcode, which you can find by logging in to your account. You can print the code or pull it up on your phone. To find participating locations, visit this page or enter your zip code on the ‘Pay by Cash’ page in your account.
