Save with auto pay and paperless billing
Save $1.50 per month with automatic bank drafts and $1 with paperless billing. Log in to your account and select ‘Auto Pay Program’ under the ‘Bill & Pay’ menu. Then, find ‘Paperless Billing’ under the ‘Settings’ menu.
Activate outage texting
When you add your mobile number to your account, you can report an outage and receive updates by simply texting OUTAGE to 25022. Save the number in your contacts to make texting even easier. Log in and navigate to ‘Contact Information’ under the ‘Settings’ menu. Fill out the ‘Mobile Phone’ field and save.

Report and track outages online
Go to the PEC outage map to quickly report an outage. All you need is your phone number and zip code. Then, follow along on the map for any available updates.
