Update Your Contact Info to Receive Important Communications from PEC
Add your mobile number to your PEC account, and you’ll be able to report outages and receive updates by text. We only send messages when it’s important, like during an outage or emergency. You may opt out at any time.
- Log in or sign up for access to your account at pec.smarthub.coop.
- From the left navigation, select ‘Settings’ and then ‘Contact Information’ to confirm or change your mobile phone number.
- Select an effective date and click ‘Save’ when you’ve made changes. That’s it!
Then, to report an outage, simply text “outage” to 25022. Message and data rates may apply. Want to add multiple mobile numbers to your account? Call us at 888-554-4732. You also have the option to enroll in a variety of account notifications. Once logged in, select ‘Manage Notifications’ from the ‘Settings’ menu, where you can configure notifications such as payment reminders or alerts about high usage on your account.
