Parking Lot and Facility Use Request
PEC parking lots and facilities are used primarily for official PEC business. However, special provisions may be made for particular nonprofit events, exhibits, or uses that enhance or add to the enrichment of the community and the membership. Eligible entities include:
- Franchise tax cities
- Counties we serve
- Nonprofits within our service area
- PEC members or physical locations within the PEC service area or in a community surrounded by the PEC service area
Requests must be made via the form below at least 10 days before the reservation request. The requestor must obtain all necessary permits/licenses for the events connected to the use of the facilities. Fulfilling the requests and requirements does not guarantee approval.
Please expand and review the Parking Lot Guidelines and/or Auditorium Use Guidelines below and download the appropriate forms before completing your request. Completed and signed release, waiver, and indemnity agreements are required in advance of the event.
Parking Lot Guidelines
- All reservations may be preempted at any time by PEC for PEC business.
- Parking lots are never available for use by any for-profit organization.
- Parking lots are not available for use during normal PEC business hours.
- PEC staff is not available to assist with any set-up, and parking lots must always be returned to their pre-use condition/set-up.
- Any trash accumulated during use must be gathered and removed from PEC property by the user.
- No alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco, firearms, or weapons of any sort are allowed on PEC premises.

Auditorium Use Guidelines
- All reservations may be preempted at any time for PEC business.
- Auditorium is available for use only for non-profit events during regular business hours.
- Auditorium is never available for use by any for-profit organization.
- Auditorium is not available for use on weekends.
- Auditorium is not available for use the day before a PEC board meeting.
- Auditorium A/V equipment is not available for use by the public.
- Use of the dais is prohibited.
- PEC staff is not available to assist with any set-up, and the auditorium must be returned to its pre-use condition/set-up.
- Facility use is limited to the auditorium and its restrooms.
- Entry to the auditorium is restricted to the lobby.
- Access beyond the lobby area is prohibited.
- Any trash accumulated during use must be gathered and removed from PEC property.
- No alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco, firearms, or weapons of any sort are allowed on PEC premises.
Before you proceed to the request form, please make sure you have reviewed the guidelines above and have downloaded, completed, and signed the appropriate release, waiver, and indemnity agreement, which must be included with your request.
