Randy Kruger is responsible for overseeing all aspects of PEC’s financial operations.

Kruger joined PEC with more than 30 years of energy finance experience. Prior to PEC, Kruger was the chief financial officer at Direct Energy Business, one of North America’s largest retail energy suppliers. He has also held the controller roles for J.P. Morgan’s global energy trading business and Calpine’s energy trading and power generation businesses.

A native Texan, Kruger holds a master’s degree in accounting, as well as bachelor’s degrees in business administration and economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
