Nathan Fulmer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of PEC’s electric distribution operations.

Fulmer joined PEC operations as a procurement director in 2019 and later led PEC’s Operations Program Management group, which is responsible for the cooperative’s most critical projects. He became the Vice President of Workforce and Safety Operations in 2022 before being promoted to Chief Operations Officer for Distribution in 2024.

Fulmer came to PEC with extensive operations and legal experience, leading one of the nation’s top federal contractors in providing engineering services, base support operations, and facility maintenance worldwide for the Department of Defense.

Fulmer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a juris doctor from St. Mary’s University.
