PEC’s commercial accounts are divided into two rate classes, based on rolling 12-month average demand. Select the option that applies to you below to learn more.
Small Power member
I’m powering a commercial or industrial operation with a rolling 12-month average demand of less than 50 kilowatts (kW), or I’m powering street lighting.
Large Power member
I’m powering a commercial or industrial operation with a rolling 12-month average demand of 50 kW or more.

Our Critical Load Program is a registry of nonresidential service locations that can be classified as public safety, industrial, natural gas infrastructure, or communications. Learn more about the Critical Load Program.
Applicable to Large Power members with a distributed generation (DG) system or any member with a DG system that is 50 kW AC or greater capacity.
To disconnect electric service that is in your name, please call us at 888-554-4732, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or visit your account online and submit a “Disconnect Service” request. Scheduled service disconnections are completed Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., except on holidays. We will need one business day to process all requests. An additional fee may be required for same-day disconnects.
Applicable to Residential and Small Power Service members with a distributed generation system that is less than fifty (50) kW AC of capacity. Learn more about Residential and Small Power Interconnection Metering.
