With PEC, you have more than one way to pay your bill. And if you enroll in our paperless and auto pay options, you can save time and money! You can save up to $2.50 each month by signing up for both auto pay and paperless billing. See below for all the ways you can pay.
Online (credit card and e-check)

With auto pay (credit card or bank draft)
- Simplify your payments and set up autopay online through SmartHub or by calling 855-938-3589. You can also save $1.50 each month when you select auto bank draft.
By phone

- PEC agent: 888-554-4732 (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) (e-check)
At a PEC Secure Pay Station (cash, credit card, and e-check)
- Make instant payments 24/7 at any office. You will need your PEC account number. Change from cash payments will be credited to your next bill.
By mail (check and money order)
Please detach and return the original bottom portion of your bill with your payment. Do not send a copy of the bill stub. Payments must be mailed through the United States Postal Service.
