Alice Price, a proud seventh-generation Texan, brings a lifetime of dedication, leadership, and service to her community. Raised on her family’s historic Burnet County ranch — established in 1907 — Alice carries forward a legacy rooted in rural values, hard work, and a deep understanding of the needs of Texas communities.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in History and a law degree from South Texas College of Law, Alice has served the State of Texas for over two decades as a Prosecutor in various capacities. Her legal expertise and commitment to justice have earned her a respected reputation across the region.
Beyond her professional career, Alice is an enthusiastic contributor to community life. She has served on the Clear Lake Library Board, volunteered with the American Cancer Society, and supported youth athletics through local football and baseball leagues. Most recently, she served as a Commissioner for North East Burnet Fire and Rescue (formerly ESD No. 8), demonstrating her continued commitment to public safety and civic engagement.
Alice and her husband, Jeff, reside on their multi-generational ranch where they continue the family tradition of raising cattle. Together, they’ve raised three children while instilling in them the values of dedication, hard work, and service to others.
