A Decade of Change!

Thank You to Everyone Who Has Participated in the Power of Change

In 2016, PEC planted a seed of change. In launching our Power of Change Program, we began asking you to round up your bills for your communities. Every day for the past 10 years, you have watered that seed, and it has sprouted into an incredible campaign empowering students, teachers, nonprofit organizations, and members who need help paying their electric bills. In total, you have contributed over $1.1 million. That’s no small feat, and it’s helped so many people.

“Not everybody has thousands of dollars to give, but rounding up the change in your bill adds up and helps in ways you don’t realize.”
— Jayne Whisnant, chief development officer at Texas Humane Heroes

To sign up for the Power of Change, fill out the form at myPEC.com/change. It makes giving back so easy, you’ll forget you’re doing it. But the people you’re helping never will.
