PEC Chief Operations Officer for Transmission Jonathan Greene joined the cooperative in 2024 and is responsible for leading transmission planning, engineering, construction, system operations, and maintenance. 

Prior to joining PEC, Greene worked at the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) for more than 20 years. Greene’s roles at LCRA included as an engineer in transmission line design, manager of line and structural engineering, vice president of project management, and most recently, senior vice president of transmission operations. 

Greene is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University as well as an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
